Meet the Camp Code Podcast Team
Beth Allison
After 35 years in the Camp industry, Beth is more passionate than ever about intentional leadership training and building a solid, supportive community. After receiving her BA in French and English from UWO, she served as an Executive Director of five summer camps in Ontario, Canada for 15 years. She then created CampHacker and Go Camp Pro with her husband, Travis, is a founding member of The Women in Camp Summit and is now an author, trainer, one of the hosts of the Camp Code podcast, and offers Masterclasses in Leadership Training.
Ruby Compton
Ruby Compton has spent over fifteen years working in the outdoor industry in summer camps and environmental education programming. Ruby focuses her work on guiding folks to foster connections with nature, design intentional staff trainings, and practice setting boundaries. She is also passionate about the Blue Ridge mountains of Western North Carolina where she resides and where she guides for REI Experiences.
Gabrielle Raill
Gabrielle Raill, Director of Camp Ouareau in Quebec, Canada, has combined her passion for group dynamics in summer camps and graphic design to educate future staff, parents, and organizations about the long-term benefits of camp. As an internationally recognized speaker amongst camp professionals on leadership and training, she is a co-host of the Camp Code Podcast as well as one of the founders of the Women in Camp Summit and the #ThanksToCamp movement.
